Sunday Check-In

Okay, so I have good news and bad news.  The good news is.. I’m still eating well. The bad news.. is I’ve had a heck of a time with lack of desire to post up what I have been eating since.. well.. it’s the same, same and more of the same.

Last week I lost 2.9lbs. This week I’ve lost 1.6lbs.  That makes a total loss of 29.1lbs.  I’m happy with this.  Today is the end of the 13th week.  This next week I promise to put a picture up to show you the progress. I know there is progress because I am having a hard time keeping my pants up!

I go on vacation this upcoming Wednesday, but I am going to try to keep myself accountable through it.  And.. starting tomorrow.. I am going to try to get back into the swing of things with the whole posting my menu’s thing.  I feel like I”m more accountable to myself when I do it and really need to get back to it!
